Return & Refund Policy

Because our products (posters and photo books) are custom-made based on images you personally upload, they are considered personalised goods and are therefore exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(c)).

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on completed orders unless the product arrives damaged or with a production defect. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Handling of Uploaded Images

The photos you upload to create your product are used solely for the purpose of producing your ordered item. Images are stored temporarily during order processing and are automatically deleted no later than 2 months after your order has been completed.

Your images are never shared with third parties beyond what is required for production (e.g., our print partner).
